Hello my beautiful friends..Thanks for joining me! 1 cup total strawberries ( always organic with dirty strawberries) unthaw 1/2
1/2 raw banana
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower ( fresh will not work)

Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother 1 Tablespoon

Blend it all up…this actually makes enough for 1 very large or 2 normal..up to you!
Dinner: Chickpea Wrap

Wrap of choice
tahini dressing ( 1 T tahini,1 garlic, 1/2 lemon,1/4 cup olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, play with the measurements)
fried chickpeas, add what ever spices you like…this had cumin, garlic, onion powders, a bit of cayenne …the recipes comes from THUG KITCHEN’S recipe book.
I also had a piece of dark chocolate ( vegan, no junk added …at least 70% ) dipped in the kirkland almond butter…
I drink a TON of water…I don’t count calories, I stay active and eat until only full…1200-1700 calories is a good range…depending on your lifestyle…if you do no form of exercise, obviously you will need less calories…I do not believe in deprivation …I am not afraid of FAT, healthy fats!!
