Installing Interior Window Trim (casing)

06:36
Installing Interior window trim (casing). Follow along as I show you step by step how to trim out a window! First we begin the process by selecting lumber at the big box store and then we head home to measure up the windows so we can start building the extension jambs. After the extension jambs are installed, I fill the voids with expanding foam to seal out any drafts. Watch for the Pro-Tip to make your project go a little smoother. Next, on to making the window casing. I router the edges for a smooth look, rip a thin transition piece for the top casing and cut a 22 degree bevel on the window apron (piece below the window sill). The PILE Trailer Rebuild Series E.8 THE FINAL EPISODE!

16:42
Welcome to the 8th and final episode of the PILE Trailer Rebuild Series. Check out the surprise that was mentioned in Episode 7. We begin by getting the trailer ready for primer and paint which means we have to get the metal clean. We start by sandblasting the trailer using a handheld sandblaster. We then spray everything with a coat of primer. Once the primer is dry, it's time for several coats of gloss paint. I reveal a huge problem that happened while painting the trailer. We then add a storage box, tongue jack, finish the trailer lighting and wiring and add a special custom touch. This was a fun episode and I hope you enjoyed watching as much as I did building it! Budget Bench Vise - Was it worth the money? You might be surprised?

See what a $60.00 budget bench vise looks like after 20 years of use. I began a restoration on this vise last year. Check out what I found, YOU will be amazed! (link below). This vise is different than most. It swivels and ROTATES. It has jaws for gripping round object (pipe jaws) and has a set of jaws for gripping odd shaped objects. This was originally manufactured by Shanghai Machinery Imp. & Exp. (Group) Corp., Ltd.(SMIEC) - Tools Company. Recycled Copper Pipe into a Copper Flag Tribute

11:35
I started this project with recycled copper heating pipe and welded it all together into a Copper Flag tribute!. I hammered the copper pipe creating "copper sheets". From there I used silver solder to connect the pieces and added design elements. Every piece of metal in this project was made with 100% recycled copper pipe. I finished it up by building a wooden shadow box and attaching it so it appears three dimensional . Welcome to the 5th episode of the "PILE" Trailer Rebuild Series. In this episode, we will finish welding up the cross members, hitch and sides. We also go over the budget and discover a BIG SURPRISE!!! NOTE: I made an error in my calculations. I stated that the 1,124.00 price did NOT include the LED lights, when I actually estimated them in the final cost at $60.00, but failed to realize that. We also start prepping the wheels and axle and lay down a coat of metal primer.
