I really hope you like this (new) video of what I eat in a day, Vegetarian. If you would like me to do more of these, I am more than happy to do so! I would love to give you guys more ideas on other things that I eat in a day being vegetarian. Let me know if you want to see more of these videos!
Breakdown (recipes) of all the meals mentioned:
Breakfast - Smoothie
Frozen bananas, Frozen strawberries, apples, cucumber, carrots, ginger, spinach & a cup of almond milk.
Lunch - Sandwich:
Whole wheat bread, spicy hummus, spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots & lemon.
Lunch - Salads:
Tomato, cucumbers, corn, beets, carrots, chick peas, spinach pistachios with dressing on the side.
Snack 1 - No make granola bar:
1 cup of oats
half cup of shredded coconut
half cup of chunky chocolate chips
3 tablespoons of chia/flax seed mix
3 tablespoons of peanut butter (less if you are not a big fan)
2-3 tablespoons of honey
1 table spoon of vanilla extract.
