MY TYPICAL EATING PLAN BREAKFAST OPTIONS: • Oats with Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, currants, nuts • Fruit Salad with Yoghurt and Chia seeds • Coffee • Green tea • Scrambled eggs SNACKING OPTIONS • Apples • Grapes with Nuts, currants, pumpkin seeds • Yoghurt • Oat Muffins • Banana LUNCH: • Baked Cassava • Baked sweet potato • Boiled Egg • Brown Rice & Chick Pea Curry • Githeri • Spinach, Feta, Rice Quiche *for lunch, I try carry something that will fill me up because I have rehearsals till late and have a light dinner when I get home. DINNER: • Stir Fried Vegetables (any) • Bean Curry & Traditional greens • Greek/ caesar Salad *for dinner I basically eat vegetables and protein. So whatever vegetables are at home, I do a stir fry and pair it with any plant based protein or when I feel fancy I have feta or paneer cheese with a salad. Been vegetarian for a while now. If one isn't for self controlled, it's kinda hard in Kenya. Love this video
