Quick Pro Tip SPEED CUTTING accurate and fast cuts!

0 ratings | 8390 views
Make fast and accurate cuts using the speed cutting technique. All you need is a circular saw and a speed square. This is an advanced cutting technique used by tradesman to make fast repetitive cuts in lumber using a circular saw. This technique does not require a lot of skill, but it does take some practice to get good at it. You will be able to make a perfectly straight cuts in lumber every time using this method. I did not invent this technique. It is demonstrated by many Speed Square manufactures, but where as I use this technique often, I figured I would pass it on. The square I'm using in this video is made by Swanson. This is a great tip and also an old forgotten technique. I have used this technique for decades, and believe this is some of the forgotten skills that wood workers and carpenter don't pass down due to new tools and laziness. Thank you for bringing this back.

*>>>**t.co/m2z9BhSYNt**   Love this thing! I'm a total woodworking noob, and this has been a great option! My boyfriend figured out how to use this pretty easily, and even my clumsy self has found it to be pretty great. We just built a bookshelf thanks to this wonderful thing.*
