so the secret to thriving in jewelry "making" is.. don't actually make it yourself, study fashion and outsource the making. Also, make sure to be born to parents in the jewellery business. got it.

Ryan Engstrom I feel the same way about others bullshit. We're starting a whole new collection of merch led by fun team. The leaders on squad are bad ass. The females are fun and Epic. It's fun working and sharing ideas. I find some guys and they just toy with them as we make money. They own it. It's all great doing this as we take to next level. From jewelry to makeup and cosmetics. We have fragrance and merch aka swag. Funny shirts and slogans. We just Waltz in there and it's on. We always want new people on team. You have to be fun, laugh and own it. It's a great Adventure.

inspiring :-) so to grow my art business i have to work an additional 20+ hours in conjunction with my dayjob. can-do :-D hope amex does more videos like these. i can't afford carbon+hyde's jewelry yet, but at least i know they're out there now. much love ladies, keep it up!
